I've joined the BBG 12 week challenge!!
The #sweat 12 Week Challenge is coming!! I’m so excited to be part of #Sweat 12-week challenge for the new year. It kicks off Jan. 14. Since our family vacation to Hawaii, I've lost motivation to the gym. I know super cliche of me to begin a new fitness routine for the new year but what better time than NOW. Unless you been living under a rock, you may have heard of Kayla Istines, BBG workout plan.
I downloaded the SWEAT APP for $19.99 a month. The SWEAT app, offers workouts that can be done at home or in the gym, in the styles of body weight and weighted resistance training, weights-based training, yoga, and a post-pregnancy program. The different programs offered in the app contains structured workouts that help you to develop and progress at a safe and manageable pace.
Why not, Join? What do I have to lose? Since I have lost all fitness motivation, I decided to join the 12-week challenge. I want to be part of an active support community and need to be held accountable.
I started a new IG account so that I wouldn't annoy my friends and family with workout selfies. I went with the PWR program with Kelsey Wells. The PWR helps women sculpt lean muscle. Can’t wait to see the results. I'm super pump for this. I will be sharing my progress, recipes, and much more.
